The question is relevant for one (or perhaps all) of my games.
I want to econ up, which means I want to skip military production for a while.
The problem then is the AI might declare war on you. So to forestall that, I'm planning to bribe the AI to DECLARE WAR ON EACH OTHER.
Consequently they'll ignore me and my giant, mostly benevolent, and completely undefended empire (Military? What's that?). This is a common Civ IV strat. Will this work in Gal Civ III?
