I'm new and playing through the tutorial,
I've gone Benevolent and just picked up the second Outreach trait called Explorers which is supposed to reveal a previously unnoticed class 10 planet near my system.
The trait has been picked, I've given it some turns, but I don't see any new planet, either under my ownership or even available to colonize.
Is this because I'm in the tutorial still? Or is there something else I'm supposed to do to find it? I don't expect I'd have to re-scout previously seen areas.
Not sure if this is an actual bug, I'm thinking it's more likely that I'm just doing something wrong myself. If not, then I'll just avoid this trait going forward if it's something that needs to be fixed!
