Not sure if this belongs in the Mod subforum:
Are there plans/is there a schedule to release something like a galaxy editor? Specifically to have fixed starting positions and planets/resources etc. beyond randomly generated. Would be very helpful to build custom maps that are balanced or play out certain determined scenarios.
