Insane map, all abundants, no minor races, rare pirates, 19 factions.
I just noticed this, and have checked it in several planets.
As an example, I have an Elerium defense shield (level 4) and a planetary defense system (level 3). My planetary defense should be 135% with bonuses due to level, but it's reading 100%
EDIT- The resistance numbers are calculating the bonus from the Planetary Defense System level correctly.
