Builder V - Efficient not working Posted on Saturday, May 30, 2015 I build a user defined constructor with 4 constructor modules on it. With Builder 3, I should get 5 constructor points, and that is what it is giving me. A few turns ago I gained Builder 5, and I should now get 8, but I am still only getting 5.
