A couple of issues with ending wars

'come to terms' leads to white peace, stubborn AI doesn't know when it's beat

Hey all, here's a couple of minor gripes I have with how ending a war goes while you're winning.

First, the AI will tell you they've had enough, and you get this message:

To which I say 'very well' because I am a benevolent god, and I'd like to negotiate the terms of their surrender. But what "Very Well." actually does is immediately accept a white peace; no terms at all. Not exactly what I had in mind.

Well that's annoying, but we have another option via the diplomacy dialogue:

And that leads us to to a screen where you can actually negotiate!

Except... well, let's say the AI is not easily satisfied.

I wasn't even asking for a single colony... I've taken his homeworld and the other planets in that star system, I'm willing to let him survive without even asking for another world. But 2 starbases (mining a grand total of 1 thulium each) is apparently too much to give up in exchange for not being wiped off the map (note the relative ship and colony counts, I keep killing their shipyards every turn). Mr Eidden wants me to sweeten the deal for them.

Whelp, it's their funeral...
