Nothing made the Torians war mongering Drengin Killers than that event.
It was an event that randomly occurred in the game and would land on one AI. Everyone would get a message saying which Faction found 'it'. It being a relic that would slowly build up your Empire till you were completely unstoppable.
Granted this can be disliked by many but sometimes it might be nice to have in a game.
