Hello everyone.
Since GalCiv 3 is a massive game, I'm sure there are a lot of people out there with more then one question about the game and its mechanics.
I thought a thread dedicated to asking one or more short questions and (hopefully) getting answers to them by the community could help new players get a better understanding of the game.
Suggested format:
- The person that asks a question makes a reply with the question(s).
- The person answering the question quotes the post with the question and provides an answer.
- No discussions in this thread.
To kickstart the thread I will ask the first question:
Do influence starbases do anything if built in the middle of nowhere or do they have to have a planet in their area of effect to actually provide a bonus?
