Ok so i was talking a mate through the process on skype as he made his mole race, and i got to thinking a video would be best, im no stranger to making how to videos ...so i made one 
I recommend watching it at 720p or the 1080p it was recorded in so you can read the writing fully...also if you can take the time to click like it will make my day and help my channel
