Hello,
On my home planet I have 22 raw points to distribute between production, economy and research. I'm wondering where does these points come from. They gradually increase with time but I did not get any tech that would contribute to this increase. Also, I spammed colony ship and my population is only 1.8. Still, these raw points are higher than before when I had more population so they can't really come from there right?
