Seems like the numbers need adjusting as go up the Yor assembly technologies. Its not balanced, higher ones should give more yor/mfg cost
e.g. currently (#'s for ref)
Fast Assy = 6 yor for 10 mfg ; high cap assy = 9 yor for 16 mfg. it is cheaper to go for fast. Would make more sense if it were 9 yor for 14 mfg (but even that is not a very good gain considering tech cost)
