I've seen references in the online tutorial and elsewhere about changing the viewing angle, both in the battle screen and in the map view. However, I can't find any controls that actually work. I think I heard the narrator on one of the YouTube videos say something about "the middle button" on the mouse controlling camera views, but I haven't seen a three-button mouse in years -- the middle position is generally taken up by the scroll wheel. What am I missing here?
