[Bug] Mining Specialization Tech Does Nothing Posted on Sunday, May 17, 2015 When choosing the Mining Specialization Tech, which grants Mining +1, it appears to do nothing. What is Mining +X supposed to do? Increase the yield of each mined resource by X?
