[Slight bug] Return Campaign-Wrong Tech Tree Used, and Others

Okay, so I have been playing the campaign for a couple days now, and I've gotten to the "cheating" phase of my playing it. (I've played it through normally, twice now.) I like to unlock Techs through the console when I do this, just for that little additional boost. Well, I got into the third campaign, "Return", opened the console, and typed

"unlock Return_TerranColonizationFocus1"

which would unlock the Aquatic World Mastery specialization while in the third campaign, which I am. 

It didn't work. So I attempted all of the different tree's and I found that the third campaign is still using the "Contingency" tech tree, which is the second campaign. I'm not sure if this is intentional, because there is a XML file for the "Return" Tech Tree in the C:\Program Files (x86)\...\Campaign\Game folder.

Just bringing this to your attention in case no one else has, guys! Love the game.

I have also found another error. In the Governance branch of the Tech Tree, in the Trade set of Techs, the "Trade Focus" tech has a specialization of Tariff Stations that gives a bonus of 10% research. I do believe this should have something to do with economics instead. I don't know if this is a simple typo-error in which you used the wrong definition, or it really gives a bonus to research, but I think this should get corrected.
