So far you mange to get into a MP game (CTD on loading issues aso.) the Console isn't disabled.
You are able to type any cheat-codes...which your competition players never notice.
Tested:
- open console ( ';' sign on US keyboards)
- type 'unlock'
- enjoy all tech and all planetary upgrades for free
- every player is able to do so, not only host
This should be fixed by patch immediatly, otherwise MP is getting really unplayable.
Not to say about the CTD and other issues regarding MP...which I personally do rate toward an too early release without the needed time for testing.
