Does it only effect a building with a similar property?
Example.. two factorys and a research buildings all touching each other.
The factories clearly give the other factory a bonus but is any benefit applied to the research building?
The same goes for Planet side resouces.. that say +1 wealth to all adjacent tiles..
Does that mean every BUILT UP tile makes +1 wealth or only wealth generating buildings (like banks) benefit?
