I've got a planet with a income modifier -50% "Missing Info". I can't connect it to any modifier I might expect. The planet is inside an allies influence, so I thought maybe that's the cause?
The only related bug I could find was a +50% Manufacturing "Missing Info" caused by an ideology bug in an older version or something.
