I'll start by listing my system specs:
Processor: AMD 4-Core 3.7GHz (Athlon X4 860K)
RAM: 16GB DDR3-1866 (Kingston Fury)
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 970 reference card
Monitor: 23" 1080p (Asus VX238H-W)
Some bugs I've observed:
-Tooltips often don't disappear when I move my mouse. This leaves them in the way of clicking on things, and I frequently have to mouse over something else to get a different tooltip in another location so I can click what I want. They go away when I leave whichever UI I'm currently in.
-I don't get tooltips in the ideology screen. This is obviously bothersome, as I have no clue what I'm buying.
-The list of ships orbiting planets/starbases sometimes reorders after ejecting a ship, causing me to launch the wrong ship when building fleets from orbit.
-On one occasion, the battle viewer failed to display. I heard all the proper sounds, and I could even hear button sounds when I clicked around the screen after the battle ended, but I had no visuals. I was forced to exit the game and reload. The most recent save file is here. This happened when I attacked "K.S.S. Deliverance M2-2" with "Altarian Fleet 10162".
