(BUG) Power Matrix population increase going galaxy wide. Posted on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 I have noticed (playing a race with Yor tech tree, synthetic) that when I build a Power Matrix my population limit on all planets that I own, whether or not there is a Power Matrix there, goes up by 4. Don't think this is intended.
