Capital Buildings are to powerfull when they are on the same planet since some of them give 200% in production and the two other stats

Capital Buildings needs a balance asap in order to not be abuse and seen as the best option for players to get tech really fast (one word its to op)

plz  reduce the capital manufactory with the technology capital, because both of them gives you insane amount of points to rush the tech tree in one-two turns for one tech (on Normal and no modifier on the traits) if builded on one planet, then you go 100%production (in the focus circle) then you  transfer that over to research (production 30% converted but it becomes to much when the two capital buildings gives of 200% bonus in points) since currently it gives more research points than (100% focus in research points) its to op in the early game and rushing the tech tree is no longer a dream with one planet.

(Request a balance change for capital buildings over 100% bonus in a certain stat and one capital building per planet in order to make a balance in the early game to mid game.

The capital buildings to one per planet for balance even the Pragamtic/Benevolent/Malevolent capital buildings.

Recommending testing for balance, so go straight for the two capitals and try this out, then you will see why it greatly needs to balanced asap.
