Dunno about you guys but I tend to go the Pragmatic route a lot.
Something I noticed with the more fleshed out (but still way way too abstract) planetary defense, is the % of the Preparedness Center.
My 2 Military Academies are sitting linked to the Prep Center but not to each other. They each have a resistance of 10% (seems low?) However the preparedness center is at 380% (at level 4) which seems ... absurdly high by comparison ?
The whole system is so abstract though, that it's really hard to tell if this is a bug/balance issue or not.
