Hi all 
I want to populate my game with some custom factions, but I can't find any :/ So please share your designs, so we all can have more fun during the game and our Galaxies could be less empty I am putting a link to my custom faction created as a mod so with full star system and faction definitions, you can use it as a example for your future creations

Because of Al Uglys past history, they start on their new home planet Allugoria, with only 37 citizents. (Game value 3). But because of their trading skills they have more money on the start 7000, (game value after extras 9500). If you will develop some terraforming skills, you will be able to bring back their original home star "Uglurum level 18" to life.
