Hi! I noticed that trade offers just mention the tech Name offered but there are no Details or tooltips to know if it is a good tech you want.
Is it possible to add a Tooltip somewhere in the trade offer Screen?
(PS: Sometime even tech tooltips dont say much about the tech in the trade Screen, it just Shows the tech Name and a short description but not what exactly it does)
