[Bug] Starbase Economic Ring not working (0.95) Posted on Sunday, May 3, 2015 Hi, I think the Economic Ring Starbase improvement is no working (should be giving +10% manufacturing). The subsequent improvements, e.g. Starbase factory look like they work fine however.
