As the title says its a very small thing and might be changed later anyway. As of now its a picture of Gal civ 3 logo and a text that says warning. This could possibly just get a picture to fit that your ship cant go there, and perhaps something written besides warning? Small details add up to immersion so I thought I throw this one in even if its no biggie for most. The new patch is great and Im looking forward to the release.
