Please, add a confirmation dialogue box when upgrading ships from the Govern tab... yesterday i mistakenly clicked the button to upgrade my ships to a new version, and BAMMM, i found myself instantly with -3000 credits and in deep sh*t. 
Something like "Upgrading the ships will cost you 3000 credits, are you sure?" would be great.
