This seemed as good a place as any to put this: but, today is the last day for submissions to the faction design contest.
Myself and others have found that the submission page (link below) does not appear to work, as in: clicking submit after filling in the feilds does nothing, this seems to occur on multiple browsers, and after multiple refreshes and reloads.
