Fairly often now I see missing Parts in the bottom log in the ship designer.
I might add a second point which is hard to capture ---- namely that when I try to highlight one of these parts (to perhaps delete it, for example) often I can't highlight the last part in the row. The brackets auto move to the next item to the left.
I have submitted a ticket with save and support tool.
