Again, this may be WAD, so I'm not filing a bug report yet...
I'm trading techs with an AI player. Give a few techs, ask for a few techs, complete by asking the AI for money. It suggests an amount of money, as it did with 5.3. The thing is, I have to click again on the amount of credits asked to have it lowered. In essence, I'm doing it twice. Was that intended to discourage tech trading?
Example:
give 3 techs ask 3 techs
ask 100bc (the amount suggested)
Accept button is greyed out (AI refuses such deal)
give 3 techs ask 3 techs
ask 90bc (the amount suggested)
Accept button can be pressed (AI accepts deal).
Bug or WAD? 
Seems a bit inconvenient to be a feature.
