Playing Custom Race based on Thalan Ship Set & Tech Tree, Iconian Starting System

1) I have the Star Fairing Race Trait and notice from my Ship within a nebula that I still suffer negative effects (also my Iconian Starting System did not generate inside a nebula):

2) Cannot build a Starbase inside of a nebula, even while having the Star Fairing Race Trait:

3) Starbase stats don't show on bottom of Battle Prompt Window (I was defender against Pirates in this case):

4) The 'Ship Battle Viewer' system's Free Cam works amazing the first battle you have/watch, but every battle afterwards the Free Cam does not reset and is positioned far away from the new fights, and the zoom/movement to get over to the combat does not work. Will be perfect once this is fixed!

5) Scroll Bar for Colony List on main map screen still needs a little work. Mouse-wheel used with cursor over the planet names/planets scrolls slow and kind of wonky. Works fine if the cursor is placed over the far right scroll bar, but that's not as intuitive. Not a major issue but ease of use thing.
6) Text Alignment is still an issue in places. You can see it in the Nebula/Star Fairing issue above as well as in this planet name image:

Game is playing very smooth overall & I'm having a lot of fun with it, so great job!
