Trying my first game of GCIII beta. I colonized my first planet. One of the hexes has a modifier called 'Wasteland' The tool tip does not seem to hint at what bonuses it provides. I thought maybe research, as in testing weapons, but its red and black. Anyone know what/how it modifies the hex? There does not seem to be a mention of it in the wiki or in the forums. Lots of use of the word, but not pertaining to a hex modifier.
