The wrong logo is loaded for the Krynn Faction.
It seems right in the "FactionDefs.xml" file:
"<InternalName>FACTION_KRYNN</InternalName>"
...
"<LogoImage>RaceLogo_Krynn.png</LogoImage>"
but it's the "RaceLogo14.png" file that is charged instead.

The "Drath Legion" race logo is used by the minor race "MINOR_KLEPART".
The "Dominion of Korx" race logo is used by the minor race "MINOR_GOSSAMER".
The "Arcean Empire" race logo is used by the minor race "MINOR_MARAUDER".
The "Dread Lords" race logo is used by the minor race "MINOR_SNATHI".
And they will all come back in future expansions/DLCs, so, better to change them now...
Also...
The "MINOR_GAULOX" race use the "Scottlingas" logo.
The "MINOR_KAXX" race use the "Akilians" logo.
The "FACTION_DEFAULT" use the "Terran Alliance" logo.
