Was playing with the latest build and noticed this:
I had just built a mining starbase when I noticed a second resource close by. I decommissioned the starbase I just built but the "pulsating line" that connects the resource to the starbase remained. It remained even after I built a new mining starbase (the "line" was pointing to a now empty hex).
However, I saved the game then immediately loaded it up again. The "line to nowhere" had corrected itself and disappeared.
