Still can't declare war Posted on Saturday, April 4, 2015 Getting annoying. Can't declare war ont he green people next to me. Posted before about this. Guy mentioned the 50 turn Pragmatic thing and I thought. yeah ok. Kept playing - 52 turns late I still cannot declare war. Very annoying.
