Entertainment Capitals Unique or what? Posted on Thursday, April 2, 2015 I seem to be able to build multiple entertainment capitals. I am just wondering if this is working as intended. It sure solves morale problems. I have colonies where mouse over of approval shows Entertainment Capital(3) which is a lot of approval.
