request constructor and waypoints

doing some quick testing before bed and tried out the request constructor button.

1) request constructor seems to only ask for a constructor from the nearest shipyard. it should take into account the shipyards current total build list length (turns to complete) as well

2) will the request constructor button pull idle constructors from the map? if not can we have a standby setting where constructors will remain idle until requested?

3) how does request constructor work with multiple constructor designs?

4) can we have the option to disable request constructor from specific shipyards , alternately only allow request constructor from certain shipyards?

way-points - these tie in but are somewhat separate as well.

5)  will there be the option to set commands at waypoints

ex upon a ship reaching way-point XX,

5A ) go to waypoint YY -
this will send the ship to the waypoint YY

5B) fleet and go to way-point yy -
this will keep the ship in guard until a ship reaches the current way-point that cannot fit in the current fleet it will then send the fleet to way-point YY and hold the other ship to start a new fleet

5C) standby /guard/ sentry -
the ship performs the requested action

5D) possibly have multiple commands based on ship types

constructors  do this

Military ships do that
