I'm wondering how the power system works. I'm at around turn 200 in a game, I've got double the ships my opponents do, 30% more tech, and double the colonies on an immense map.
I look through thier ship lists and there's nothing special there. And yet they have double the power rating that I do.
I find this very odd and misleading.
Anyone know how this system works? Is it actually working properly?
