I am currently playing a game and have about 30 planets
1 of those planets (Drake Snyder II) i cannot build the last 2 terraforming improvements
i was able to build those improvements on every other planet including planets i started terraforming before the affected planet and after
i exited the game and reloaded and still could not build those projects
removing a previous terraforming project allows me to add one of the last 2 projects to the list |
after reloading the game i counted and found that the list currently contains exactly 32 improvements at the point where i can no longer build new improvements
im fairly certain that this is the cause of the issue, so i should be able to finish my terraforming in a few turns
