I don't know if this is a bug or not but I have used Enticing a couple of times now and it does not "steal" planets like it used to at least in beta 3?
I dont know if this is how it is meant to work or what? Is it only meant to be a one time effect or a constant effect?
If it is a one time effect I feel it is pretty much useless as Prom III and may be better at Prom V? Where you will have more planets under your influence?
