Hope this is the right place to post this.
Just started a game as the Altarians and accumulated 30 Benevolent points from colonization events. When I went to redeem them, the tooltip for each of the 1st-level Benevolent options shows a cost of 15 points. However, once I take the perk, I'm left with only 12 points (meaning 18 were spent). Dunno if this is limited to Benevolent or if all 3 ideologies are doing the same.
