When I click on "Upgrade Starbase" and I have a generic base I often don't know which starbase you are showing me. I have to get out of the menu to find out.
It would be a nice feature to show me what is in the Starbase effect zone (show me also for the constructor). I have included this graphis to show you what I mean.
If I had the middle box on the left, it would tell me if I want to construct a culture, economic, mining ring or a Xeno archeology module.
