Two new, interesting bugs... planets, when flipped, seem to be flipping the associated starbases, as well.
In my current game, Terrans, just flipped the last two Iridium planets, and received multiple starbases I didn't trade for.
Also, shortly after culturally wiping the Iridium out, UP came up, and a yes/no resolution passed, wherein the Altarians received two votes.
