mining stasrbase idea Posted on Saturday, December 6, 2014 It would be nice if my mining starbases by my shipyards could be added as sponsors. this way I could make a shipyard by a group of resources. I do not see how a diplo starbase would help build ships unless it had some mining module added to it.
