Starbase effect: The sun is happy ! Posted on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 I had a mining starbase near ressource. When I move the mouse pointer over the sun it says: "Starbase effect: Happy". Is the "Happy sun" for some yet-to-be unlocked feature ?
