Once a starbase has many planetary sponsors...and you wish to go through/review/update/delete them it is waaay tedious. The scrolling speed is waaaay too slow. An option to adjust the frame sizes on the starbase management page would fix this as would the option for keyboard interface (up/down cursor or page up/)down.
