im assuming this is a bug, but when you harvest a relic with JUST the Xeno Archaeology lab, (no other archaeology upgrades) it outputs something like a 512.5% bonus to whatever type it is. when starbase is then upgraded to the next level of archaeology, it drops to 25%.
