Hi all.
I've noticed that when I set an item (eg a Ship) to build it has a certain cost if I wish to 'buy' the ship immediately. I've also noticed that no matter how close that ship is to completion the purchase cost remains the same. Shouldn't the purchase cost be decreasing as the building progress on the ship (or other object) increases?
