Looking at one of my planets, I see "Missing Info" labels when examining the tooltips for both planetary research and wealth. This screenshot shows the wealth tooltip, the research one looks similar:

I suspect the problem has to do with the planetary "Wobble", since that provides boosts to both research and wealth, and is not otherwise mentioned in the tooltip.
