Culture-flipping last planet? Posted on Thursday, September 4, 2014 I waited about 50 turns to see if a civilizations last planet would culture flip, before I just sent a transport out of impatience. Can anyone confirm whether it is possible? I'm not sure whether or not it was their home planet and/or capital.
