I have some concerns with the manage planet window.
First, it seems that the "window" in a "window" feel of it is unnecessary. Also, it covers up the global information in the upper right hand corner that I like to see at all times. (For instance, I like to know how much is in the treasury before I buy something. I realize that there is a mouse-over tool tip, but I would prefer the information in the upper right hand corner.)
Second, I can't tell you how many times I have cancelled a building project because I was trying to exit the stupid sceen, lol!
Third, although this is not related to the manage planet window itself, it would be nice for us to be able to select our initial colony location.
Fourth, the govern planet screen has an slider that I would assume adjusts between military and social production like the global one does, however this is not clear at the moment.
Fifth, the special tiles which I love about GalCiv are great, however I can't read the descriptions of them in the manage planet window when they are selected because the description is too long. Therefore it is difficult for me to figure out what they do.
